  • A 45-minute beat-based sculpting class using lighter weights and high reps to tone and sculpt. Sculpt45 keeps you moving to the rhythm with dynamic, full-body exercises that build muscular endurance and core strength. Expect low-impact, high-energy movement using dumbbells, bands, and bodyweight, all in sync with the music. Power45 is all about building strength through intentional movement and heavier weights, with rest built in between sets to help you push with power and proper form. Ascension Studio Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure we respect everyone's time and maintain availability for all our clients, please review our cancellation policy:

  • Personal & Small Group Training Sessions Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellations Made More Than 24 Hours Before the Scheduled Session:

      • You may reschedule your session or attend a makeup Group60 or Group45 class for free.

    • Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours of the Scheduled Session:

      • You may attend a makeup Group60 or Group45 class; however, a 20% fee of the drop-in rate for the class will apply.

  • Group45 & Group60

    • Advance Notice: You can cancel a class reservation up to 12 hours before the start time without any fees. This helps open up spots for others who may want to join.

    • Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 12 hours of the class, there will be a $15 fee. For those with a limited class pack, the session will count as used.

    • No-Shows: If you miss a class without canceling, a $20 fee applies. This helps us keep classes available for those who plan to attend.

  • Exceptions for Emergencies or Illness
    We understand that emergencies and illnesses happen. If you miss a class due to an unexpected situation, let us know as soon as possible. We’ll waive fees for cancellations due to sudden illness or urgent situations, as long as we’re informed promptly.
